Who We Serve
Abilities Rx specifically serves those individuals who live in Community Living homes, assisted living, supported-living or foster care. They may have diagnoses of acquired brain injury, dementia, cerebral palsy, Down’s Syndrome, autism or Alzheimer’s disease, among others.
